Do you offer private check-in?
Yes, at many airports we can arrange private check-in desks and Fast Track through security. For fly-cruise we can arrange check-in at the hotel, cruise ship or port, and for sports teams in the USA we can offer security clearance directly from the stadium onto sterile and secure coaches (TSA approved) thus by-passing the terminal.
Do you charter helicopters?
Yes, we charter a variety of helicopters, whether it’s for interlining with a private jet, or for off-shore and on-shore oil rigs. We will advise on weight limits and balance, particularly if equipment is needed to go onboard.
Is there a height limit for passengers?
No, however we can inform you of the height of each cabin, so if you wish all passengers to be able to stand up, we can advise which are the most suitable and comfortable aircraft.
What is the maximum luggage allowance?
All aircraft vary for storage capacity however one of our team can advise you which aircraft is best suited for your needs.
Can you organise airport transfers?
Yes, we can organise chauffeur driven cars, to luxury coaches, depending on you or your clients’ needs. At some airports we may be able to organise airside passes so the vehicles can meet the aircraft airside.
Do you cater for different dietary requirements?
Yes, we partner closely with a number of highly skilled catering providers, which enables us to offer a wide variety of food and drink options. We can arrange for specialist catering for a variety of dietary needs, including gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan and lactose intolerance and ensure all requirements and allergies are communicated to the operators.
Do you organise Humanitarian flights?
Yes, we have an experienced team who are well versed in these specialist flights from war and danger zones, and we have expertise in liaising with governments for repatriation flights. Click here for more details

Yes! With all of our flights we are proud to be able to offer Sustainable Aviation Fuel!

Do you cater for musical instruments and orchestras?
Yes, we can arrange for ensembles and their instruments to be transported safely and securely. Instruments may be transported in the hold or in the cabin.
