We are committed to identifying and improving our practices to combat slavery and human trafficking in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking and expect our suppliers to do the same
Our structure
Volanteus is the trading name for Volanteus Limited registered in the UK. Volanteus Limited has an two America subsidiaries, Volanteus Inc and Volanteus US Inc.
Volanteus Limited is privately owned.
The Company has circa 30 employees based in Crawley in the UK.
Our business
Volanteus Ltd is a leading private aviation provider, dedicated to unparalleled levels of safety and luxury.
We are committed to the prevention of acts of modern slavery and human trafficking, both in our business and its supply chains. We have a number of policies to support this, which are available to our people at all times.
Our supply chains
Our supply chain consists of global suppliers that provide aircraft (inclusive of staff), Catering etc.
Our supply chain supports both the delivery of our services to our clients and our day-to-day business operations.
Due diligence processes for slavery and human trafficking
Due to the nature of our business and our corporate governance, we believe there is a low risk of slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. We also feel any risk of modern slavery or human trafficking would sit predominantly in our supply chain. As part of our continuing efforts to identify and mitigate risk in our business we take proactive measures to understand our suppliers and have in place systems to:
- Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains.
- Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains.
- Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains.
- Protect whistle blowers.
Our effectiveness in combating slavery and human trafficking
Our representatives continually review the way in which we address modern slavery to ensure that we are adopting the correct strategy in combating slavery and human trafficking.
This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and has been approved by the Board of Directors.
